This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will be coordinating front of the hotel operations, working closely with Door staff, Bell staff, Key Control, Shuttle Drivers and other Departments to ensure excellent service. This role will also be available to answer guest questions and direct them to the correct location or person to take care of their needs.
