The Independent Contract Program Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality standards for individuals served by contractors in home environments. This position focuses on building relationships, monitoring service plans, and supporting independent contractors to enhance the quality of care provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

  • Cultivate, build and maintain positive relationships with independent contractors, family members, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruit new independent contractors to ensure a sufficient number of qualified providers for needed services.
  • Monitor service/program plans, assessments, and goals to ensure personal outcomes for individuals served are met.
  • Review information from medical visits and provide follow-up to monitor medication administration for accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service plans while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, high energy, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent listening, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Two years of work experience, preferably with people with intellectual disabilities.
  • A love of operations and creating seamless, efficient environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in case management or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding home care services.
