What You'll Do As a Host Home Provider, you will support daily living activities such as: Personal care (dressing, hygiene, meals) Medication support Transportation to appointments and community activities Skill-building for independence Creating a warm, stable, and inclusive home environment You will help individuals not just live - but thrive .
