About The Position
Sample Supports is actively seeking an energetic and professional Host Home Provider in the Denver Metro area to offer a home to a male individual in his late 60’s with both intellectual disabilities, medical and mental health needs. Host Home Providers offer an in-home placement to adults with disabilities of varying needs allowing each person to live in their own communities with the support they need to stay as independent as possible. This position will serve the individual with his behavioral needs, mental health needs, medical needs, and daily support needs. The individual needs support in general activities of daily living, social and emotional regulation plus encouragement to participate in needed appointments and services. The ideal candidate has experience with complex medical needs and monitoring for signs of infections. Host Home Providers are contractors of Sample Supports and receive competitive payments for the difficulty of care required for the person.
