About The Position

The Club prides itself on providing a unique experience for its Members, and the employees play a crucial role in bringing this experience to life. The Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for the position of Host/Hostess, who will be responsible for ensuring that every member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment. This role requires a commitment to hospitality and professionalism, as well as a dedication to maintaining high service standards and product knowledge. As a Host/Hostess, you will be empowered to guarantee total member satisfaction, displaying hospitality and professionalism at all times. You will be responsible for greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus. Additionally, you will handle dining reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, understanding and applying property safety and security procedures, and fostering a positive working relationship with all team members. You will assist other restaurant workers as needed, ensuring that tables are cleared efficiently and that dining or order details are communicated effectively to servers and the kitchen. This seasonal, full-time position offers the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful locations in the world, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for Members and guests alike.
