The Casino Host at Seminole Casino Brighton plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience for players while they are on-site. This position is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with VIP casino patrons to encourage their return visits. As a salaried position, it is important to note that tips are not accepted. The Casino Host is responsible for managing various aspects of guest relations, including overseeing discriminatory comps based on player account value and meeting weekly outreach benchmark goals through telemarketing and email communications. The role also involves increasing theoretical revenues and maintaining relationships with targeted customers to generate incremental revenue. In addition to these responsibilities, the Casino Host will meet and greet players on the casino floor, at special events, and during promotions. Retaining existing guests is a key focus, and the host will assist in providing special services to top-tier players. Adherence to Seminole courtesy guidelines is essential, which includes attending required training sessions on customer service and supervisory skills. The host must maintain confidentiality regarding company and guest information and ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment. Familiarity with all policies and procedures, including audit policies and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), is required.
