About The Position
Frizzle Chicken Café is a fun-filled dining experience for all ages! We are seeking friendly, high-energy, and fast-paced individuals to join our team. Essential duties and responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude as they enter the restaurant. Provide accurate seating directions and wait times as needed. Correctly input completed orders and totals into POS system to complete transactions. Correctly operate the POS system checking check out and taking payments Understand menu and food allergies to help answer any questions. Set up and stock accordingly for dining services. The FOH position may require cross training for additional duties throughout the restaurant. Including pre-shift and post-shift cleaning. Physical Demands: Continuous walking and standing on level ground. Continuous bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing. Frequent lifting and carrying of menu's, silverware, stock and cleaning supplies.
