This role is for a Host Cashier who will greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating, and handle transactions. The position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 months of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino setting preferred
• Must be 18 or older and hold a valid SNHD Health Card
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Friendly, courteous, and ready to deliver 'Family Style Service' every shift
• POS computer skill training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and seat them in a smooth, rotational flow
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and the Brew Brothers vibe
• Handle phone calls and take reservations when needed
• Alert managers to any special requests or guest concerns
• Accurately process payments and return correct change or receipts
• Maintain your cash bank and complete end-of-shift reports
• Know your way around every register in the outlet
