About The Position
Saranello's is seeking enthusiastic Carryout Staff to join our team in Wheeling, IL. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to work in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Carryout Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience when placing carryout orders. You will be responsible for accurately taking and packaging food and beverage orders, processing payments, and ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards of quality and professionalism. In this role, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and be available to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the restaurant. You will interact with guests, take their orders, and ensure that their needs are met with a warm and friendly demeanor. Your ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure will be essential as you navigate a busy environment while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
