Job Summary: The Host/Busser is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, efficiently managing table seating, and ensuring cleanliness of dining areas. This dual-role position plays a vital part of the guest dining experience, maintaining an organized front of house, assisting with bussing tables, and ensuring smooth transitions between guests. The Host/Busser works closely with the serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
