Requirements

• 3 years of upscale, fine dining experience.
• Proficient with Open Table and excellent communication skills.
• Cleanliness, organization, and teamwork are crucial.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol required.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a modern POS system; TOAST POS experience is a plus.
• Impeccably groomed with good hygiene and posture, and required uniform and tools.
• Responsive to constructive feedback from Chefs, Managers, or staff.
• Must have or be able to obtain a food safety handlers' card.

• Recognize areas for staff and restaurant improvement and offer positive solutions for change.
• Operate within the restaurant daily with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Understand all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication and cooperation with business partners.
