About The Position

Host/Cashier position will be engaged in the support of the F&B
Supervisors/Restaurant Manager by greeting and seating  guests as they enter or
exit the restaurant, handling money transaction as payment for product and
services provided in the restaurant.  This will include server station rotation,
managing wait times, clearing of tables, and processing check transactions.
Obtains optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximizes profits by
performing assigned duties personally or through subordinate staff. development
of menus, SOP’s for safe and efficient preparation of food utilizing various
cooking techniques and equipment.  Note – this position will not involve any
function involving casino gambling by patrons.
