About The Position

The position requires consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. The individual must maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures and sustaining enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. The role involves creating an atmosphere of luck and celebrating guests' wins, being ready to serve, and being informed of daily information. Building relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting is essential. The individual must anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service, checking for satisfaction and effectively resolving service breakdowns when they exist. The position also includes promoting Caesars Rewards programs and card membership, providing a warm farewell, and thanking guests for visiting. Responsibilities include seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with VIPs and AEPs, performing satisfaction checks when not seating guests, and overseeing duties performed by Restaurant Service Personnel to ensure fast and efficient turnaround of tables. The individual will entertain guests and create a fun-filled environment by circulating throughout public areas of the facility as assigned. Maintaining knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the outlet is crucial. The individual must promote Harrah's and act in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting a positive, outgoing personality. Additional tasks include performing station and side work checks, voiding checks as directed by policy, and assisting with administrative duties as assigned. On occasion, the individual may perform non-union restaurant duties as assigned. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and the ability to read and write English. All related and compatible duties as assigned must also be performed.
