About The Position

Dignity Health is seeking full-time board-certified hospitalist physicians to join their inpatient care team at St. Rose Dominican hospitals in Las Vegas. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system. The position offers a structured schedule of 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts, with no call responsibilities, and includes a competitive salary along with various benefits.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
• Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency program
• Minimum 1 year of IM or FM hospitalist practice experience strongly preferred
• New grads are welcome to apply
• Must be board certified (or BE if new grad)
• Local applicants preferred
• Non-local applicants with an active and unrestricted NV medical license preferred
• Demonstrated track record of providing high quality and efficient patient care
• Success from within a metrics driven program
• Meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

Responsibilities

• Service only one hospital
• Handle admissions, rounding, consults, running codes, and discharging patients
• Perform procedures including central lines and intubations (preferred but not required)
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers as needed
