Red Horse Mountain Ranch
1dOnsite

About The Position

The Hospitality Department helps everyone cherish their time here because we create the tidy, peaceful and beautiful backdrops for all the memories made in the lodge, dining, and cabin areas. By being kind, helpful, and attentive to our guests and other staff members and by creating these clean and inviting areas on the ranch, we help everyone reset from their lives, bond with others, feel like they are home, and focus on creating memories. Folks who enjoy cleaning and helping people will do great at this job and you will thrive if you want to learn more about world class hospitality. Led by kind and encouraging managers, you can expect to be held to a high standard, be on the move, work hard, have a lot of fun, and be proud of the summers you’ve spent with us. Also a fun note: Many team members in Hospitality learn horseback riding skills and other outdoor adventure hobbies here because during their days off they can sign up for rides, lessons, and activities with the guests as long as there is room!
