About The Position

The Hospitality Team Member at Spoetzl Brewery is a part-time role focused on maintaining operational duties across various areas including the gift shop, brewery, distillery tours, and bars. Responsibilities

• Preparing/pouring draft beer & pre-mixed cocktails to serve to guests
• Managing cash and credit transactions & discounts
• Managing & selling spirit bottles in the gift shop
• Maintaining inventory of gift shop, folding & hanging merchandise
• Maintaining the facility by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping tables, emptying trash & cleaning and managing the laboratory
• Providing & informing guests on the process of the brewery and distillery operation by giving tours of the facilities
• Constructing tour bags & token bags
• Changing out draft beer and pre-mixed cocktail kegs
• Arranging picnic tables, managing umbrella usage on the lawn
• Driving motorized vehicles, unloading and loading supplies from the vehicle from one place to another
• Answering visitor phone calls and responding accordingly
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
