About The Position

Kinema Fitness is a high end Corporate Fitness and Wellness Operator. We are looking for a Part-Time Hospitality Service Coordinator who can help us with customer service, administrative projects, daily operations, cleaning, and shift coverage in Chicago, IL. This role will be approximately 15-20 hours per week, and will include providing coverage at various corporate fitness sites in the city as needed. We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Responding to members and answering questions
  • Helping with any member data, sign ups, cancels, phone calls, etc.
  • Assisting managers in admin tasks or events as needed
  • Assist in maintaining all locker room amenities.
  • Assist in upkeep of laundry including towels and members’ laundry service items.
  • Assist with making sure the front entrance looks aesthetically pleasing
  • Helping to sign up, check in, and respond to members via email and phone.
  • Actively track and maintain all inventory including retail, locker room supplies, and facility supplies.
  • Ensure great costumer service to all members and potential members.
  • Represent Kinema Fitness, our client, and members at the very highest levels.
  • Assist with cleaning the fitness center, re-racking weights, organizing equipment, and other items that pertain to general cleanliness, including the locker room.
  • Oversee fitness center attendant/additional staff when applicable.
  • Training new front desk/service coordinators in role responsibilities
  • Help with events/programs when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
