The Hospitality Process Owner (HPO) Commercial Manager is responsible for being the voice for the Commercial Sales Team in documenting process change and system enhancements after review of scope of idea with teams and role modeling the change within the Sales Organization. Collaborates closely with all teams to understand business needs, writes business requirements and reviews those with Corporate HPO teams for Governance review process, contributing to solution ideas and supporting the execution of the projects they are involved in. The HPO Commercial Manager is also responsible for supporting the CSM organization in the execution of Operations related projects. This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in our San Jose office 50% of the time.
