About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Hospitality Operations Intern to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks between: May-September. Requirements

• Pursuing a Degree in Retail or Hospitality Management program preferred
• Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and distribution of retail merchandise
• Work with the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager on novelty buying
• Coordinate merchandise orders for client and guest needs
• Maintain and replenish the jersey lettering program as needed
• Assist with the inventory process
• Operate as a supervisor and assist with training of retail operation standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
