About The Position

The Hospitality Operations Crew Member plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in daily operations and special events. This position supports bar and kitchen operations through stocking and receiving, while also assisting with event setup, breakdown, furniture moves, and full venue reconfigurations. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Bring the Pillars of Service—Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable—to life through all team and fan (guest) interactions.
Receive, inspect, and organize all bar and kitchen deliveries; verify quantities and report discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized storage areas including dry storage, walk-ins, and bar inventory; rotate stock using FIFO standards to support a smooth operation across teams.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, kitchen supplies, and event materials as needed.
Change kegs and CO₂ tanks; remove trash, recycling, and packaging throughout shifts with efficiency and an optimistic attitude.
Support bartenders and chefs with timely replenishment during service, fostering a connected and team-driven environment.
Set up and break down tables, chairs, bars, staging, décor, and equipment for events with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Execute room flips and venue layout changes. Safely move and store furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Assist with seasonal décor installations and large-scale resets.
Safely move, store, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and event inventory with consistency and care.
Ensure all event spaces meet cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards, contributing to a memorable guest experience.
