The Hospitality Services Liaison promotes patient satisfaction by facilitating communication between patient/families, staff, physicians and Administration. Serves as a resource to communicate to departments within the Hospitality Services Division and needs of the patient families, staff or physician. Responsible for providing basic administrative and office support. Duties include answering telephones, fielding calls, greeting and directing customers in a professional manner, and a wide variety of general office duties as needed.
