This role supports senior leadership in ensuring hotel and food & beverage operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with brand standards, while enhancing service delivery for Sailors, families, and guests worldwide. Or join our Manager in Training (MIT) program with just your degree in hospitality and we will prepare you for a leadership role! Food & Beverage Operations – Restaurant managers, cooks, servers, bartenders, catering staff, concessions, and quick-service operations. Revenue, Sales & Guest Experience – Revenue management, sales coordination, group bookings, quality assurance, brand standards, and customer satisfaction programs. Maintenance & Facilities Support – Engineering, preventative maintenance, asset management, and safety compliance. Training, Quality & Operations Support – Training specialists, standard operating procedures, inspections, brand compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Corporate & Field Support Roles – Hospitality program management, policy development, analytics, and operational support that enable field locations to deliver consistent service worldwide.
