About The Position
The Hospitality Leader Internship Program at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is designed specifically for undergraduate students at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality. This 16-week program provides interns with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations through hands-on experience in various departments, including hotel operations and guest contact center operations. Interns will engage in a structured onboarding process, participate in professional development sessions, and have opportunities to shadow different departments, culminating in a presentation to company leaders about their experiences and skills acquired during the internship.
