About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. The Hospitality lead in training is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team, opening responsibilities, closing responsibility and running the shift. He/she is a people driven, results-driven, forward-thinking, with a passion for Chick-fil-A's Values.

Requirements

• 1 year of Restaurant leadership experience
• Must have a basic understanding of Front of House operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure all procedures are followed always
• Ensure Team Member safety always
• Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements always
• Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders
• Lead and oversee the coordination of the shift Front of House
• Oversee all guest interactions, and ensuring Chick-fil-A quality requirements are met
