The position involves greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, anticipating and responding to their needs positively and timely while providing the highest level of service. The role includes assisting other associates as necessary to meet guest needs and is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and take-down of the breakfast/evening social room and public areas. Additionally, the attendant must maintain the food and beverage station in accordance with safety and health regulations, assist with food inventories and orders, and ensure proper use of all equipment while adhering to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste. Responsibilities also include the disposal of garbage, picking up dishes and glassware, restocking the breakfast/social area, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and public areas.
