Role Overview The purpose of this full time internship is to assist with the administrative needs of the New Home Sales Center and provide support to the New Home Coordinator. The intern will be responsible for greeting prospects, home buyers, and homeowners as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless experience. Core Functions Warmly greet all visitors, including prospects, home buyers, and homeowners, as they enter the Sales Center. Assist the New Home Coordinator with various administrative tasks, including responding to emails, phone calls, and voicemails promptly. Maintain and organize office facilities to ensure a welcoming environment. Support the New Home Coordinator by managing the on-site up-system for sales team members accurately and fairly. Help set up New Home Tour appointments for the sales team by gathering and organizing necessary information from buyer web inquiries. Strive to learn and remember names and specific details about prospects and homeowners to build genuine relationships. Provide a friendly and professional presence, making everyone feel at home.
