To provide engaging, hands on and classroom based instruction to participants enrolled in the Hospitality Training Program, preparing individuals for entry level and advancement opportunities within the hospitality industry. This role delivers industry aligned curriculum focused on employer identified, in demand skills, supports participants in earning program credentials, and maintains accurate instructional and student records. The Hospitality Instructor facilitates training in ServSafe competencies, customer service excellence, hotel front desk operations, and hospitality career exploration, and collaborates closely with Program Coordinators, Success Coaches, Career Navigators, and external employer partners to ensure strong student outcomes and workforce readiness. This position reports to Career and Technical Education Team Lead who evaluates performance annually.
