Role Summary: The Hospitality & Events Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for supporting event execution, VIP hospitality, and guest experience logistics across our Paso Robles locations, including but not limited to San Antonio Winery, Jada Vineyard & Winery, and San Simeon Estates. This role provides on-site support for events and experiences, working under the direction of the General Manager and Estate Experience Manager to ensure seamless operations. The position focuses on coordination, preparation, and execution—ensuring that events, estates, and hospitality spaces are properly set up, guest-ready, and aligned with brand standards.
