Functions as the lead member of Environmental Services/Housekeeping and is responsible for providing leadership, a high level of customer-focused service, and promoting a positive and professional image in all situations. Daily work schedules and responsibilities fluctuate according to business needs. Performs training, coaching and counseling, of both new and existing employees. In the absence of the Hospitality Services supervisor, assumes the daily duties as relief supervisor.
