About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of the Member Services Supervisor/Membership Specialist, the Hospitality Desk Representative provides excellent, friendly and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer data entry skills
  • Knowledge of basic washer and dryer operations
  • Communication skills, including the ability to answer telephone calls and communicate YMCA programs and activities over the telephone
  • Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing staff)
  • Obtain and maintain required training, including Safety & Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention and New Employee Orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred
