About The Position

The Hospitality Desk Representative provides excellent, friendly and welcoming member services while displaying a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer data entry skills
• Knowledge of basic washer and dryer operations
• Communication skills, including the ability to answer telephone calls and communicate YMCA programs and activities over the telephone
• Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing Center)
• The completion of the following required trainings within 60-90 days of employment: o Praesidium: Duty to Report o Praesidium: Keeping Your YMCA Safe o YMCA New Employee Orientation (NEO)
