Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Prior food service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to serving others.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and team members effectively.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace our household model by taking responsibility for dining services, housekeeping, and laundry duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and residents.
  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals that delight residents with high-quality, nutritious options, ensuring a positive dining experience every time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that operates smoothly and efficiently, following all food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to involve residents in daily household activities, creating a sense of community and engagement.
  • Ensure resident rights are respected in all aspects of your work, promoting a caring and respectful environment.
