About The Position

As the Hospitality Attendant for Brightline, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and ensuring exceptional service. You will oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages in the Premium Lounge, Order to Seat/QR To-Go, Smart Lounge, and for bar guests. Additionally, you will champion food safety and sanitation protocols, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with the station manager to order necessary items for the operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone driven and passionate about food and beverage preparation and service. Requirements

You are a natural person, comfortable with retail, food, and beverage sales.
Staying positive for hours on end (including in stressful times); you adapt your communication style to fit a diverse group of people.
You have sound judgment, thinking and acting independently, expressing clear and effective verbal communication skills to interact with guests and other teammates to ensure exceptional guest service.
You possess prior experience working in a food and beverage establishment.
Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and being on your feet for hours on end is something you embrace and can do.
When a problem arises, you find yourself being able to produce a timely solution.
You love keeping busy at work and are conscious of safe food handling practices.
While you do not have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills.
You are at least 18 years old.
You can work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
