About The Position

Monarch Landing is a gated community that strives to provide our residents with a sense of security and well-being. The Hospitality Steward is an important team member because they serve as the first point of contact for all visitors. The post is in our Gatehouse. If you are someone who takes their job seriously but is also personable and able to put people at ease, then our Hospitality Steward position is a good fit. We are looking for a full-time team member. The shifts are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Who we are... Monarch Landing is Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, located near Route 59 & Interstate 88. We are actively looking for a hospitality-minded Hospitality Steward to join our team!

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
• Regular attendance is imperative for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all visitors to the community
• Responsible for creating a great First Impression for all guests.
• Direct visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate parking areas, receiving docks, or designated entry points.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing regarding events and prospects.
