About The Position

The Hospitality Attendant at Aquarius in Laughlin, NV is responsible for providing excellent guest service while managing cashiering duties, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with their needs. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to guest interactions and a commitment to upholding the standards of the establishment.

Requirements

• Previous guest service experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in POS systems and manual procedures.
• Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures is highly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
• Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash bank responsibly.
• Assist guests in person and on the phone with any questions or concerns.
• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times.
• Perform open and close shift duties, including setting and moving tables and chairs.
• Attend training classes as required by management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
