About The Position

Position Purpose: The Hospitality Assistant provides high-level hospitality support for executive and organizational meetings under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is responsible for delivering polished, professional, and detail-oriented service with an elevated standard of presentation and execution. In addition to hospitality responsibilities, this role may provide light administrative support as needed to ensure meetings and executive operations run smoothly. Workdays and hours vary based on scheduled meetings and organizational needs. Typical schedule will be Monday -Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (based on event needs).

Requirements

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Maintain a refined, well-groomed, and professional appearance appropriate for executive hospitality service.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in maintaining discretion and confidentiality at the executive level.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Must pass all required checks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies (up to approximately 25 pounds).
  • Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.
  • Prior experience in high-end hospitality, executive support, catering, or fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute high-quality meal service for executive and leadership meetings.
  • Serve meals and refreshments with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure food presentation is clean, visually appealing, and aligned with elevated hospitality standards.
  • Maintain an anticipatory service approach, monitoring needs without disruption.
  • Clear and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly during and after meetings.
  • Prepare meeting rooms to an executive-ready standard.
  • Ensure all tables, service areas, and presentation spaces reflect a refined and organized appearance.
  • Monitor and refresh beverages and service items throughout meetings.
  • Maintain a well-stocked hospitality and meeting supply inventory.
  • Restock kitchen items, beverage stations, and executive meeting areas.
  • Identify and communicate supply needs proactively.
  • Ensure hospitality areas remain clean, orderly, and presentation-ready.
  • Assist with copying, printing, and assembling meeting materials in advance of events.
  • Provide basic administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant.
  • Support meeting logistics and task coordination.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
