The Hospitality Aide works prior to completing the CNA program by: Responding to call bells Assisting the nursing team as needed Assisting with meal delivery Simple housekeeping tasks for residents; Straightening rooms - making beds - watering plants - light laundry - assisting residents with linen changes This role does not provide direct resident care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to attend all required CNA training courses required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred
