About The Position

Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a dependable and professional Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort to support daily operations by assisting residents with non-clinical needs. This role is strictly non-patient care and focuses on customer service, transportation within the facility, and ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors. Important Note: This position does not involve direct patient care, medical treatment, or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Escort residents safely to and from appointments and to designated transportation pick-up areas
  • Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff regarding scheduled appointments and resident readiness
  • Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors
  • Assist with wayfinding and general inquiries throughout the facility
  • Ensure residents arrive on time for appointments and activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas
  • Assist with non-clinical tasks such as delivering items, organizing supplies, and supporting front desk operations as needed
  • Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
