Hospitalist - Locum Tenens
About The Position
Temp 240 bed facility; avg. pt census is anticipated to be around 70; avg of 10 admissions - lowest is 2 highest is 18; 12 hour shifts; 2 physicians on during the day; 1 physician at night; 1 MLP during the day; round in the ICU; run codes; most important procedures are IV start - administer IV's; dc pic lines; BE/BC IM/FP; 6-8 weeks for credentialing, however with a complete/clean file, temp provileges can be given in 90 days; EMR is InfoClique and Powerchart; CV must be in month/year format for all education/training/experience; explanation if any gaps; contain a home mailing address/email/phone #; clean malpractice/background.
