About The Position

Hospitalist IM to join growing team in diverse community in Southwestern Minnesota Join the team of physicians at CentraCare’s Rice Memorial Hospital site in Willmar, MN Summary Join a collaborative, patient-centered team at Rice Memorial Hospital, a 136-bed regional facility and the Southwestern hub of CentraCare. Practice in a modern inpatient setting with an on-campus outpatient surgery center, onsite pharmacy, lab, and procedure rooms. Comprehensive services include cardiac and pulmonary rehab, PT, OT, speech therapy, and regional outreach. Bedside procedures are optional, with opportunities to teach medical students and Family Medicine residents. Schedule Daytime shift (mainly rounding) 7 AM-5 PM, covered by two providers Swing/admitting shift from 1-11 PM, covered by one provider Overnight currently covered by tele-hospitalist service (no overnight coverage expected) Flexible block scheduling utilized. 15 shifts/month considered full time Pay and Benefits Salary range: $325,000 - $400,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation. Requirements

Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy
BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
