About The Position

ECU Health and ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie, North Carolina are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join their established hospitalist program. New graduates and Visa candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Highlights include: Employment by ECU Health Physicians-Community Practice Model Privileges at ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system High quality hospitalist team inclusive of 8 physicians 7on/7off 7am-7pm schedule, no night shifts required Anticipated inpatient volume per provider is 14-16 patients per day Coverage includes a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit Short term vent management will be required Optional procedures include CVP, intubations, and lumbar punctures Tele ICU support available within the ECU Health system of care Specialty support includes general surgery, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, pulmonary and respiratory, radiology, anesthesia, emergency medicine, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics and dermatology Ability to live in nearby Greenville, North Carolina or the Tidewater Virginia area In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
