What We're Looking For We are seeking a skilled physician who: Holds an MD or DO and is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Has experience or interest in inpatient/hospitalist medicine Currently holds, or is eligible to obtain, a Washington State medical license Values teamwork, flexibility, and high-quality patient care in a rural setting Is This You? Requirements

Holds an MD or DO and is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Has experience or interest in inpatient/hospitalist medicine
Currently holds, or is eligible to obtain, a Washington State medical license
Values teamwork, flexibility, and high-quality patient care in a rural setting

Responsibilities

Day shift rounding
Nighttime on-call coverage
7-on / 7-off rotating schedule to support work-life balance
Opportunity to practice full-spectrum inpatient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting
