About The Position
LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Hospitalist to join our team at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. This full-time position is designed for a physician who is committed to providing high-quality care in an inpatient setting. The Hospitalist will be part of a collaborative team of 7 employed physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), working together to deliver exceptional medical care to our patients. The role involves in-house coverage for medical, surgical, PCU, and ICU patients, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and continuous care. The Hospitalist will engage with approximately 4-6 patients per day, supported by a dedicated admitting team. This position offers a unique schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. There is no call required, and the position is 100% clinical, focusing solely on patient care without the added responsibilities of administrative duties. The Hospitalist will also provide clinical support and direction to physician assistants, ensuring that all team members are aligned in their approach to patient care. Candidates must possess an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and a Maryland medical license without restrictions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
