Job Description Jefferson Health is seeking compassionate, patient-focused Per Diem Hospitalists to join our Hospital Medicine team in New Jersey. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for physicians who are looking to supplement their schedules or interested in a dynamic, supportive environment without a full-time commitment.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Active DEA and CDS registrations

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitalist experience preferred
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Respond to acute medical situations and emergencies on the floor
Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
