About The Position

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. The position is available as soon as credentialed and is ongoing, with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule. Shifts will be either from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am depending on the week. The work will be in a hospital setting, and internal medicine procedures are required. The credentialing timeframe is approximately 60+ days.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed physician in Internal Medicine
• Ability to perform required internal medicine procedures
• Credentialing must be completed before starting

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist services in a short-term acute care hospital
• Perform internal medicine procedures as required
• Manage patient care during assigned shifts
