About The Position

Jefferson Health is currently seeking a full-time OBGYN Hospitalist Physician to join our department in a Laborist role at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Center City, Philadelphia. Job Description This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of physicians and certified nurse midwives dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all of our patients, ranging from adolescence to adulthood. We provide low-risk and high risk prenatal care, as well as the full range of gynecological care, including preventative care and management of gynecological issues. Schedule will be three (3) 12-hour shifts per week. The Jefferson Enterprise offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including time and funding for continuing medical education.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Board Certified preferred
• Professional interactive skills (verbal and written) essential
