About The Position

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are seeking Hospitalists to join our established Hospitalist Division in Astoria, Oregon. Opportunity to provide hospitalist services at a Critical Access Hospital on the Oregon Coast while having an affiliation with the state of Oregon’s only academic medical center. Physician led hospitalist program where person-centered care is prioritized. Prioritize work-life balance with a 158 annual shift requirement. Average of 13.2, 12-hour shifts per month including day and night shifts. Tele-intensivists are available for consultation on all ICU patients. Collaborative hospitalist division with daily APP coverage. Growing and financially strong organization. Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
  • DEA Certificate
  • ACLS Certification
