About The Position
Delphi Healthcare has been a trusted leader in hospitalist and emergency medicine staffing since 1995. As a physician-owned and managed organization, we understand the value of quality patient care, professional satisfaction, and a supportive clinical environment. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time at Massena Hospital in Northern New York. This is a permanent 7 on / 7 off day shift position with competitive compensation and strong work-life balance.
Requirements
- ACLS certification and an active New York State license required
Nice To Haves
- Suboxone certification preferred (training available if not current)
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and manage daily inpatient rounds
- Update and maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate closely with attending physicians and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Provide care in a small, team-based hospital environment
Benefits
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (12-hour day shifts)
- Rate: $75–$80 per hour (W2)
