As the Valet Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience (valet, hospitality, healthcare, or operations)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage daily valet operations, staffing, and scheduling
Ensure efficient vehicle flow during high-volume periods (ER, outpatient, discharge)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized valet environment
Deliver exceptional, compassionate service to patients and visitors
Assist individuals with mobility needs and provide a supportive experience
Act as the first impression for the hospital
Work closely with hospital leadership and departments
Ensure all service standards and contract expectations are met
Support patient satisfaction initiatives
Hire, train, and coach valet attendants
Set clear expectations and drive performance
Build a strong, service-focused team culture
Monitor payroll, labor costs, and site performance
Support reporting and operational improvements
