What to Expect: Utilize technical sales capabilities and prior sales experience to build and grow new business among licensed healthcare practitioners (MD, DO, NP, PA) within Hospital systems. Maintain a cadence of communication with customers on a weekly basis to ensure ongoing satisfaction, messaging, and growth. We are professionals selling to professionals. The successful candidate must live within or be willing to relocate to Boston, Cambridge, Newton or surrounding areas to be considered for the opportunity. Build Accounts into lifelong customers to meet annual territory revenue goals Detail doctors on products with a strong understanding of medical conditions and terminology Travel to visit active users in person within an assigned territory Generate leads and convert them into active users Transition non-active users into active users Effectively manage product samples and prescription pad allotment Execute total office calls and develop a sense of urgency to promote the recommendation of our product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • Minimum 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
  • Hospital Specialty Sales Preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B with a track record of success and growth
  • Experience with new product launch, new territory development, new market development sales preferred
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple objectives effectively.
  • Character traits to be successful in this role: Information Seeking, Influence and Persuasion, Analytical Thinking, Relationship Building and Negotiating.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding and passion for integrative health, wellness and functional medicine is a plus.
